We are travelers and love to explore. We like to have fun and not take life too seriously. We believe in love, faith, and family as our top priorities and hope to instill these in our children. We adopted our daughter Tru in 2018 and are excited to add another child to our family through adoption!
Dear Expectant Mother,
Thank you for taking this time to learn about us. We cannot imagine how difficult this decision is for you and we admire your strength and courage. We know you are making this decision because you want to do what is best for your child. As adoptive parents we will always impart your unconditional love and sacrifice to the child. We look forward to developing a relationship with you. Your baby will always be loved, nurtured, guided and encouraged. There is no way to express in such a short letter our gratitude for your decision or how much love we have to offer your child.
Garrett and I have been together since hitting it off unexpectedly at a church retreat. We felt very connected from the beginning of our relationship and were married in April of 2005. Communication and honesty have been key in our relationship. We are a fun-loving family who loves to laugh. In 2018, a beautiful baby girl, Tru, joined our family through domestic adoption with Gladney. It has been amazing to be parents, something we have always dreamed of. We have never been so close or felt so much love as when Tru came into our lives. We also have a fur baby named Ginger, our sweet dog. Family is extremely important to us and we cannot wait to add another child to ours. We love our little family and know we have plenty of love and room for more!

Tru is a happy little girl. She has always been calm, sweet, and easy going. Tru was adopted from Gladney in August of 2018. Tru has brought so much love and joy to us and our family. Everyone who meets her falls in love. Tru enjoys reading, playing, talking and swimming. She loves other children and is especially fascinated by babies. Tru will be the best big sister!
Our home is in a newly developed neighborhood with young families. It is a single-story open floor plan. The house is airy and bright with large windows. The openness of the home creates a relaxing environment. Garrett enjoys lawn care and Nicole enjoys landscaping and flowers. We both tend a small vegetable garden. We have a large backyard with lots of room to play. Our neighborhood has a new community center with a pool, parks, playgrounds and a soccer/baseball field. There are three elementary schools within minutes from us. There are two high schools that are a couple miles away and one is brand new.
We want our children to know from the very beginning the special and unique way they came into our lives. We plan on maintaining regular contact with our birth mom for as long as she wants it. We will celebrate our child's uniqueness and heritage, and we will teach him or her to respect other cultures. We promise to shower our child with love and affection. Our children will always feel loved, accepted and safe in our family.
Words cannot express how deeply moved and honored we are by your sacrifice. We cannot imagine everything you have been through to this point and all that you are feeling right now. We will honor this miracle by always making the best interest of the child our top priority. He or she will always know who they are and that you are their birth mom who loves them unconditionally. You are in our prayers.
