We are excited and grateful that you have chosen to view our profile and consider us as your adoptive parents. Our names are Brandon and Jenny, and we have a daughter, Harper, who is 6 years old. We have been married for 11 years. We learned early on that we would struggle with infertility. God has spent that time preparing our hearts for adoption. Harper is our little miracle from God. She brings us great joy but our family is not complete.
Dear Expectant Parent
We are so thankful that God brought you in to our lives at this exact moment. Although we have not met, we have been praying for you for a long time. We are proud of your courage to do what is difficult but what you feel is right for your child. Your choice to give your child the gift of life and family shows that you think of others before yourself. This enormously selfless act is a beautiful example of God's love and an example of how He said we should live our lives. We already see how brave and strong you are by making this decision. We are ready and praying for God to bring us our second miracle to raise and to provide them a safe, loving, gentle, Christ-centered home.
A truly special husband. By the love he shows me, Harper sees everyday how a man should treat her someday. He pays attention to all the little things which add up to really big things. He puts love into action daily. Like, he makes me coffee every morning. That is just one example. He treats me with respect. I thank God for him all the time and know that it was His very hand that lead us together. Brandon is a quiet, solid, dependable, consistent leader and I'm beyond blessed to have him in my life to make me a better person and to father our children.
A fantastic wife and mother. She is constantly reaching out to our friends and community to have play dates for Harper and helping deliver baby formula to those in need within the adoption community we are involved in. God has called Jenny to make an influence in the professional world by being a leader. He has also called her to be a loving wife and mom. Making a difference in the workplace brings out the best in her, but she also cannot wait to be home to spend quality time with Harper and myself. Jenny longs for the day she can share her life with another child. She can already envision how much richer our lives will be as a family of four.
A sweet, kind, loving, full of life 6-year-old who wants a brother or sister very badly. She drew a picture the other day of two people on either side of a heart. Harper stated, "It's a drawing showing that we are excited about getting a baby and that we are going to be happy with a boy or girl." We can already see her anxiously wanting to help change diapers, prepare baby food, and help put the baby to sleep. She is so excited for us to become a family of four!
We bought our home with plenty of room to grow and are so ready to be the family of four we have always hoped to be. Our home has four bedrooms and is in a beautiful neighborhood with parks and miles of trails nearby. Harper has lots of friends from school that she plays with in our backyard! Our 4 legged family members love our yard too. Lindy is a chocolate lab and Zoe is a black lab mix.
Thank you for viewing our profile! We look forward to meeting you and getting to know you better. We want to share letters and pictures with you, and other levels of openness as we both feel comfortable. Our lives will forever be changed because of your choice of adoption. We will forever be grateful for this brave and selfless choice you are making. You bring joy to us and we don't even know you yet! This is the verse we pray for you and your child and hope you will lean on this verse for comfort. "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plan to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11.
